The ever so talented and poised 11-year-old Robyn Gordon is on the rise and making history as the New Year rolls in. She is a proud nominee for the 31st annual, 2016 Stellar Gospel Music Awards and will represent her home state of Tennessee and millions of young people in Gospel music. Her nomination is for her new hit single ‘He Is B4 Me,’ produced by the award winning executive producer, Tre’Corley, of Oak Tree Productions. Number #25 will be Robyn and the Gordon family’s favorite number for some time to come. That number and the Youth Category for this year’s nominations, combined with countless votes is what drove the win home.
Often called ‘The Stellars’ by both industry professionals and those in the know, many talented people have seen their dreams come true in just one night. Robyn is no ordinary 11-year-old. She is one who enjoys an abundance of love and support from her immediate family. Her mother is none other than the esteemed Lady Treva Gordon. Her father is the senior pastor of the Clarksville based Mile High Church, Rev. Robert Gordon. She has two older brothers: the athletic and grounded 14-year-old Tevin; and U.S. Navy serviceman Robert Gordon, Jr., age 20.
How does one sum up the extraordinary, cute as a button (with seamless manners and unyielding courtesy) 11-year-old Robyn Gordon? She’s an honor student, author, singer, songwriter, community activist, pre-teen beauty queen and more. She is the current reigning Miss. Junior Unite for the Miss Unite ‘Once in a Wifetime-Beauty behind Bars’ self esteem and awareness pageant.
