Born Again Church hosts the Fannie B. Waters Community Outreach luncheon

The first annual Fashioned In His Image Community Outreach Luncheon was held on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at 11am at Christ Church, 15354 Old Hickory Blvd, Nashville, TN 37211.

The event recognized those who share their experience, compassion, and gifts to enrich their communities. The awards honor Fannie B. Waters who touched and changed the lives of thousands of people of all ages in her lifetime. She was a pastor’s wife, a counselor, leader, confidant, and friend.

These awards recognized women who have provided significant service to their community through volunteerism and serve as role models. According to the events program, “Awardees exhibit the courage to overcome obstacles, the tenacity to make a difference and see lasting change, and show genuine love for others.”

The event was hosted by 760AM Radio Personality, Lady Shaunte. Attendees enjoyed a meal and cupcakes sponsored by Christ Church.
