Nashville-based creative agency, Go West Creative, has premiered the latest in dining innovation with the debut of Dinner Time Stories: In the Footsteps of Marco Polo, featuring Le Petit Chef at The Standard restaurant in downtown Nashville (167 Rosa L. Parks Blvd.). The fully immersive dining experience combines cutting-edge 3D technology, visual artistry, theatrical storytelling, fresh ingredients, unique flavors, sights, sounds and tastes.

Nashvillians are the first in the United States to experience this interactive pop-up dinner theater phenomenon that has taken Europe, Dubai and China by storm, captivating audiences and the media. The state-of-the-art dining concept is based on the culinary exploits of a diminutive animated character known as “Le Petit Chef.” Patrons will follow the 4-inch French chef character through a two-hour, fully choreographed, six-course dining experience that explores the route of Marco Polo. The mood, music, table patterns, exquisite decor and props all change with the chapters of the story to immerse the diner into one continuous 3D projected tale.

The show’s incredible six (6) course menu takes the patron along a unique culinary journey across the regions visited by the legendary traveler on the silk route. Using the ingredients collected on the journey, guests start their dining experience with the Chef in France and make their way to Arabia, India, the Himalayan Mountains then over to China. The dessert is a culmination of all the places visited and things found along the way. This flexibility in story telling will allow The Standard’s Executive Chef Joe Shaw to interpret his own creations as he prepares the culinary journey experience for guests.

“We are thrilled to bring this cutting-edge dining experience to the U.S. and debut the first show series in Nashville, with Las Vegas, New York and Los Angeles on the immediate horizon for 2018,” said David Fischette, President, CEO and Chief Creative of Go West Creative Group. “This is performance art dining experience as guests follow Le Petit Chef around the world, making every course truly unique.”

Dinner Time Stories: In the Footsteps of Marco Polo, featuring Le Petit Chefwas originally created in Brussels by Nadine Beshir and a talented group of animators known as SkullMapping. Go West Creative Group is known to be at the forefront of leading trends and technology in the creation of extraordinary experiences and is proud to bring this experience to the United States in 2018.
