It’s time to don your black suit and shades. Explore the otherworldly science inspired by some of your favorite 90s sci-fi films at Way Late Play Date: Space Jams, Thursday, April 26, 2018, from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Way Late Play Dates are adults-only quarterly events designed for a night of science and fun at Nashville’s iconic Adventure Science Center. Each Way Late has a special theme with cool science activities to take part in. Plus, you’ll have all the floor exhibits to yourself, without a bunch of kids running about, including the laser game Body Battles in BodyQuest, the Tilt-a-World in Space Chase and the many levels of the Adventure Tower. All the center’s exhibits are adult-friendly, so if the kids can climb it or slide down it, so can you.

It doesn’t matter if you cheered for the Tune Squad or the Monstars… the 1990s were rife with incredible science fiction in films and on television. From protecting the world from an asteroid certain to destroy the planet to keeping the peace between humans and extraterrestrials while sporting stylish black suits, this Way Late Play Date will quench your nostalgia and take you on a journey through science inspired by some of your favorite 90s sci-fi films and television shows.

Way Late Play Dates typically sell out before the event, so don’t procrastinate. Tickets are $35 for not-yet-members and $25 for members and include admission to all exhibits and activities, three beverage tickets (beer, hard cider, or soda), a planetarium show and a souvenir cup.

The event is for adults only, 21+ valid photo ID required. Adventure Science Center Way Late Play Date: Space Jams Special Activities include:
