BNA welcomes new airline and 6 nonstop destinations

On Tuesday, the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA) welcomed a new airline to Nashville International Airport (BNA).

Sun Country Airlines arrival will bring six new nonstop destinations to the city. Minnesota-based Sun Country will offer nonstop flights from Nashville International Airport (BNA) to Fort Myers, Miami, Orlando, Tampa, New Orleans and Minneapolis/St. Paul with introductory one way fares as low as $49. The airline is celebrating the service with a sweepstakes, giving away travel vouchers and a grand prize ultimate music getaway in New Orleans.

“We are excited to add Nashville to our growing network, and to offer Nashville flyers affordable, nonstop service to their favorite travel destinations,” said Jude Bricker, President and CEO of Sun Country Airlines, “The addition of Nashville service is a significant milestone in the growth of Sun Country.”

The announcement of the new routes brings Sun Country’s expanding network to 70 nonstop routes.
