Expressions of faith: It’s over!

Min. Kristen Bishop

We have all experienced an ‘it’ in our lives. What is the ‘it’ in your life? Maybe it is a failed relationship, loss of employment, financial struggles, or death of a family member. We have all dealt with an ‘it’ hindering us in some way. However, it’s time for us to get up, emerge and break through into what God has in store for us. Once we release those hindrances, then we can boldly declare ‘it’s over.’ Moreover, as we receive that concept into our hearts and minds, we can truly move and walk boldly in what God has for us. Once we accept ‘it’s over,’ we can then receive the generational blessings and promises He has for in store our families and us.

According to Isaiah 60:1-2, God has given us instructions: “Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and His glory shall be seen upon thee.” It is our time to shine! We must be the evidence of God’s glory. Indeed, we must emit it and embody it in everything we do.

We are truly living in the last days. Evil is so rampant among us. There are very few people with morals or standards nowadays. Most have been given over to reprobate minds. They walk in spiritual blindness and darkness. Darkness has pervaded the Earth. However, let us not lose hope. We are called to bring light into darkness. We are ambassadors for the Kingdom of God. We are called to minister to people who do not know God. If we do not release these hindrances, we will not be able to reach the lost. We must glow with the anointing of God. We must let go and say ‘it’s over’ so we can move forward in our lives and aid this dark, unsaved world.

Now that we have decreed and accepted that ‘it’s over,’ we must maintain our freedom and not become encumbered in this hindrance anymore. How do we maintain our freedom? Walk boldly in the principle of recompense. The ‘it’ that you thought hindered you or the wrongdoing against you opened the door for your breakthrough, healing, and deliverance. Jesus represents us and pleads on our behalf for our repayment for what the enemy has tried to bring against us. As we boldly declare His promises in our situation, we release our faith, receive our reconciliation and maintain our freedom.

There is no need for you not to receive what He has for you. Jesus died on the cross so that we could receive all the benefits that belong to us. Receive the blessing! It’s not just for you. It’s generational. Therefore, no matter what they did to you or what happened to you—‘it’s over’! Glow with the glory of God!
