They perform (without the orchestra) for one night only on Sunday, May 19 at 7:30 pm.

With a remarkable career as soloist, composer and bandleader, NEA Jazz Master and GRAMMY®‐winning saxophonist Branford Marsalis remains a vital force in jazz today. Known for their telepathic communication, depth of original repertoire, expressive melodies and unrivaled spirit, his quartet remains one of the genre’s most innovative and forward-thinking ensembles. This concert has been rescheduled to June 7, due to the presence of the 2019 NFL Draft occurring in downtown Nashville on April 25 to 27. Original tickets are now valid for June 7, 2019, at 8 pm at Schermerhorn Symphony Center.

The Schermerhorn Symphony Center presents Brian Wilson with your Nashville Symphony, joined by Beach Boys bandmates Al Jardine and Blondie Chaplin to pay tribute to one of the greatest albums ever made: Pet Sounds. Enjoy classic hits Wouldn’t It Be Nice, Sloop John B, God Only Knows, Good Vibrations and more all-time surfing song classics in what promises to be an unforgettable night with your Nashville Symphony. Performances are Thursday, June 20 at 7:30 pm and Friday, June 21 at 8:00 pm with Lucas Richman conducting the Nashville Symphony Orchestra.
