God has given us a prescription for our entire life. The prescription is free and it is written by God himself, the Great Physician. The directions are written on his prescription pad, the Bible. In Proverbs 4:20-22, he says to pay attention to what he says and don’t let it out of your sight.
There is a prescription for every area of our lives. These prescriptions are readily available with no adverse reactions or side effects. Unfortunately there are many people today who do not take advantage of the benefits that this great ‘health contract’ contains. The prescription is God’s word.
To maintain a healthy lifestyle, the directions that are written in this prescription must be followed daily in order to stay whole and healthy. If you only take the prescription whenever you want to, you will not get its full benefits. Many people prefer the ‘medicine of the world’ instead of the ‘medicine of the word.’
Just like you would take daily medicine given to you by your earthly physician, the medicine of the Great Physician should be administered in a similar daily manner. If you have a medical ailment, especially a life threatening injury or illness, the medicine of the word should be taken frequently throughout the day. It is written in Proverbs 4:20-22 to give attention to what God has written in His word.
He also says not to let the word depart from you eyes. You must keep the word in your heart. Your heart represents the ground; the word represents the seed. Plant that seed. Keep watering it with the word. Keep it in the ground (your heart). One day it will produce what you have been expecting. Along the way, you may have to pull up some weeds (doubt). They will try to choke the seed to stop its growth. Pull the weeds of doubt up. Do not let it choke your harvest. Keep watering it and it will produce.
It is written in Jeremiah 32:27 that God is the God of all flesh, and there is nothing that is too hard for Him. Expect to harvest a miracle.
“This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For you will make your way prosperous and then you will have great success,” Joshua 1:8.
If your symptoms increase, increase what you say and speak scripture often. Meditate morning, noon and night and (if needed) throughout the day. Take authority over your sickness and do what is written in Luke 10:19. Curse the sickness at its root and seed and say, “No sickness, no disease will prosper in my body. In the name of Jesus I declare that God’s word (Galatians 3:13) and His supernatural strength is working in me right now, making me whole.”
Tell the sickness, to get out of your body in the name of Jesus. Thank Jesus for healing you. For it’s your faith and belief in God’s word that will make you whole (Matthew 9; 22).
No matter what part of your flesh needs healing, you can always go to the ‘pharmacy of the word’ and get a prescription. See what the Great Physician has prescribed for your ailment first before going anywhere for your prescription.
Get your prescription filled. It is free because Jesus has already paid the price for it. It has been paid in full for your entire life. He paid for it with his life.
This prescription covers all medical conditions. I urge you to use this ‘divine pharmacy’ often, and don’t forget that there are free refills as needed 24/7. The pharmacy and the Great Physician are always available to help. No appointments are needed. Do not wait for something difficult or a major illness to occur in your life before consulting him. God loves you and he wants you to experience the abundance of blessings that he has for you.
