Don’t Miss the Mundy Christmas Party!

Join Tabitha and Joshua Mundy at their 11th Annual Mundy Christmas Party.

The 11th Annual Mundy Christmas Party is a yearly tradition that the whole city looks forward to. What started as a very small party in their home has now turned into an annual fundraiser for their 501c3 charity. Have you gotten your tickets? Tickets are moving extremely fast and there will be no tickets sold at the door; all tickets must be purchased in advance.

This year’s Mundy Christmas Party will be held on Friday, December 13, 2019, from 7:00 p.m. until 12 midnight, at Nashville’s Historic Parthenon in Centennial Park. The event will have a live band, along with a  DJ, features valet parking, an Open Bar, delicious catered food and much more for your delight. This will be this year’s ultimate ‘party with a purpose.’

The dress code this year: All Black Formal Attire, and the best and brightest people of Nashville will be there. This annual Christmas Party has grown over the past decade to be one of the largest and most festive to take place in the Music City. And, there are still opportunities available for companies and individuals to partner with the Mundys to raise money for a very worthy cause.

The Fortitude Group, a 501c3 corporation, was established in 2012 for the purpose of being a beacon of light for people with mental illnesses and no place to call home. They are dedicated to ensuring that this population is not forgotten about during the growth and development of Nashville and surrounding areas. During the past 7 years, Fortitude Homes has worked specifically with men and Veterans that have mental health diagnosis by providing them community based housing for nearly 100 individuals.

In addition to housing, Fortitude Homes assists with medication monitoring, transportation to psychiatric/medical appointments, provides healthy meals, behavior modification techniques, life skills, and builds relationships with each client by treating them with dignity and respect. The goal is to work with each person to help them live life more self-sufficiently by developing plans for each client to obtain the skills and resources necessary to achieve independent living.

The Fortitude Group has historically been a self funded non-profit organization. However, the need for housing has grown tremendously over the past years and more resources are needed to continue the mission of the organization. They are seeking sponsors and donors that will help them continue to be a resource for those with mental illnesses that have housing needs. They are asking that you consider one of the sponsorship levels attached for this year. In the season of giving, it will be a perfect end of the year tax deduction!
