To get results you must be determined that no sickness or adversity will come into your life. It’s time to wake up and get rid of all the things that are making you miserable. If you are “sick and tired of being sick and tired” Jesus is the remedy for you. We are engaged in a spiritual war, fighting an enemy that we cannot see. But God in his love for us has provided us with the solution.
The enemy that we are fighting is the devil. Some of you may be saying that the devil is not real, he does not exist. You better wake up, take your blinders off your eyes and believe that he is real. This is one of his deceptions, to get you to believe that he does not exist. Take your Bible and read it for yourself. The devil has been around before creation (Revelation 12). He was originally one of God’s angels in heaven before the earth was created. Isaiah 14:12 says that he was cast down to the earth. Read Ezekiel 28:17, Revelation 12, Isaiah 14:12 and Ephesians 6:10. All of these scriptures are referring to the same individual, the devil. Many Christians know him as the tempter of Eve in the Garden of Eden after the creation (Genesis 3:1).
John 10:10 describes the devil as a thief, who came to steal, kill and to destroy. He has come to destroy our lives and to destroy our families. We are in a fight for our inheritance and for our bodies and for our souls. He is after our faith and he will tempt us to get angry at God and blame God and others for our circumstances and for our illness.
We are fighting a battle in the spiritual realm, so we must take the appropriate spiritual action. You MUST become aggressive and determined to fight as God instructs us in Ephesians 6:10-18. God says that we are to put on the full armor of God (I will explain each one in the next article under Spiritual Warfare).
If you are to win the battle, there are certain preparations that you need to do. Change the way you think and believe that you are an overcomer. You overcome by the blood of Jesus and by the word of your testimony (Revelation 12:11). Read and meditate on God’s Word. Says and do what the word says to do, for you have been redeemed from all sickness and disease (Galatians 3:13). Take authority and bind sickness in Jesus name.
Meditate on God’s Word constantly and believe what you say, so you will be successful. Joshua 1:8 says, “Do not let the book depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will prosper and be successful.
You must take authority over your health. God has given us authority over everything on this earth. Do what he said in Matthew 16:19; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven and whatever you lose on earth will be loose in heaven.
