What to say to maintain your healing (part 2)

Another method used to keep sickness off of your body is to use your ‘Believers Authority’ given to you by God. “I give you the keys to the kingdom of heaven, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven. Whatever you loose on earth will be loose in heaven,” Matthew 16:19. Use your authority to bind sickness, aches, pain or anything else that is not healthy for you. Begin releasing healing, health and wholeness throughout your entire body.

Do not be afraid to use God’s word! Gods’ word is like a seed that you are sowing into your heart (ground). The word will work but you have to work it by believing what it says and by doing what it says. This is how faith comes. Faith comes by hearing the word of God (Romans 10:17). You put your faith into action by releasing words spoken by God. With the words that you speak, you are bringing your harvest (healing) into existence. Act as though you have received your healing by thanking God and saying, “I receive my healing.” Keep on speaking, and you will receive.

God created the earth by speaking it into existence. God said: “Let there be light, and light appeared,” Genesis 1:3. God called something into existence that was not as though it was. This is what you are doing when you call your sick or aching body into wellness. It is faith in the healing power of Gods’ word and in the blood of Jesus that heals. As you activate your faith in God’s word, you will see yourself healed. You keep your healing by believing what God says by faith and receiving the word.

Jesus used this method of calling things into existence that did not exist as though they did exist.

He called the lepers clean in Luke 5:12-14. It takes time to develop these principles. Growing your faith will take time and practice. It’s like growing a plant from a seed. Keep on watering your faith with the scriptures. Keep saying what God says in his word. This is how your faith will grow. Just like any seed, eventually it will produce. Eventually you will see full manifestation. (Note, there are more confessions you can say over your illness in my previous articles on confessions in parts 1 and 2).

Keep on building your faith by meditating on scripture and doing the following:

  • Live a life of dependency on God. Begin each day with prayer, praise and thanksgiving.
  • Surround yourself with positive individuals. Get involved in a local church.
  • Stay connected with friends and family.
  • Join a group of believers in Christ.
  • Keep reciting scriptures daily on healing.
  • Don’t forget to give God all the praise and glory for your victory.
  • Pray for the needs of others and testify about God and what He’s done in your life.
