Expressions of faith: Speak to it!
Experiencing, walking in manifestation principle

Min. Kristen Bishop

Today we will discuss a vital principle in our walk as Christians. Without this principle, we will continue to wonder why we struggle and feel like we are missing the mark. Is there a dream, vision, or plan you are waiting for or wanting to manifest? Have you ever wondered why it has not happened for me? Or: I see everyone around me blessed, and I have helped others reach their dream. When is it my turn?

Well, today is your day to break through.  Two key words we will focus on and apply are ‘principle’ and ‘manifestation.’ A principle is a fundamental truth that serves as the foundation for a system of belief or behavior—or a general scientific theorem or law that has numerous special applications across a wide field.  Manifestation refers to an event, action, or object that clearly shows or embodies something, especially a theory or an abstract idea.

Moreover, we must understand that everything is governed by principles. For example, in physics, there are the established laws of gravity. The third Law of Gravity states that for every action/force upon an object, there is an equal and opposite action as well. With the understanding of this principle, we can also apply this to our lives with the application of God’s word. Some of us understand the principles, but we don’t know how to apply them. If we do not apply them, we will never see the results or manifestation we desire. We will never walk fully in the plans/visions God has for us. We must use the right agents for our expected outcome or results to manifest.

Now, we can discuss the key Scriptures in relation to the principles of manifestation: Isaiah 55:5-11 and Mark 11:22-25. God created us as His sons and daughters. We are not God; but we are joint partakers of His kingdom. He wants us to have His mind to understand how to operate in His Kingdom. No situation or circumstance is too hard for Him to solve or  to difficult to give us wisdom or solutions to navigate and have victory in those situations.  Furthermore, we should ensure that our words should also be spoken with purpose. We should also expect our words to prosper. Let God’s word do the work! It is not hocus pocus or a magic trick. The ‘word’ works by itself. Why? The word that God speaks is alive and full of power [making it active, operative, energizing, and effective]. It is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating to the dividing line of the breath of life (soul) and the immortal spirit, and of joints and marrow [of the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and sifting and analyzing and judging the very thoughts and purposes of the heart (Hebrews 4:12 [AMPC]).

Additionally, what is in your heart? Is it filled with positive things or negative things? Do you need to detox your heart? Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof (Proverbs 18:21).  Jesus spoke to the fig tree and cursed it and it died.  Negative words have an impact too. When you speak negative words, you will have a negative outcome. When you decree over your situation, do not waiver in your faith. Maintain your stance in the Spirit. Expect it to manifest.

If you want a better life, speak to it!

If you want a change in your life with family, friends, job, career, vision, dreams, or plans—speak to it!
